“Charleston Center will work toward becoming a fully integrated, seamless provider of services to meet the needs of people suffering from addictions of all kinds at all levels of impairment. Charleston Center will strive to achieve a reputation for the highest quality in performance, clinical quality, ethical cooperation and successful treatment outcomes. Charleston Center will increase its range of services and funding sources, relying more on fee-for-service payments to reduce the load on tax paying citizens while maintaining financial sustainability and increased service. In order to accomplish these things, Charleston Center will develop a culture of flexibility and quick response to environmental changes.”
