Holidays – Days Off for Recycling Pick-Up

There are make-up days on select holidays throughout the year. Please take note if your curbside pick-up day is scheduled during a holiday day off. Your pick-up day will be pushed back to the following day. Regular schedules resume the week after a holiday week.

November 11, 2009 (Wednesday) – Veteran’s Day

Yellow Monday will be the same

Purple Tuesday will be the same

Red Wednesday will be Red Thursday

Blue Thursday will be Blue Friday

November 26, 2009 (Thursday) – Thanksgiving Day

Yellow Monday will be the same

Purple Tuesday will be the same

Red Wednesday will be the same

Blue Thursday will be Blue Friday

There will be no interruption in service on December 25, 2009 Christmas Day, because it falls on a Friday.

There will be no interruption in service on January 1, 2010 because it falls on a Friday.

January 18, 2010 (Monday) – Martin Luther King Day

Yellow Monday will be Yellow Tuesday

Purple Tuesday will be Purple Wednesday

Red Wednesday will be Red Thursday

Blue Thursday will be Blue Friday

February 15, 2010 (Monday) – President’s Day

Yellow Monday will be Yellow Tuesday

Purple Tuesday will be Purple Wednesday

Red Wednesday will be Red Thursday
