Groundbreaking for Palmetto Commerce Parkway - Phase 1
The groundbreaking ceremony on May 17 was the official kick-off for the construction of the project. The project extends a section of the Palmetto Commerce Parkway in North Charleston and consists of the widening of the existing parkway from two to four lanes, as well as the extension of the Parkway to the new DaimlerChrysler facility near Future Drive.
