address “Planned Developments” in the Comprehensive Plan, recognize them as a
planning tool to implement the Comprehensive Plan and clarify the process for planned
developments that propose wastewater treatment systems. The proposed map
amendments are to recognize previously approved “Planned Developments” on maps
3.1.4 through 3.1.10 of the Charleston County Comprehensive Plan.
