Proposed Amendments to the ZLDR
March 16, 2010

Charleston County Council held a public hearing on proposed amendments to the ZLDR on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers.  The public hearing draft showing the proposed amendments to the ZLDR is contained below.  The affected sections are shown in bold, red font on the table of contents. Click here to view the history of the proposed amendments.  Click here to view a chart summarizing the proposed amendments. Click here to view the text recognition guide.

These amendments will be considered at the Charleston County Council Planning and Public Works Committee meeting on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 4:15 PM in the Council Committee Room, Room B-225, of the Lonnie Hamilton, III Public Services Building.  They will then be considered by County Council at their April 6th, April 20th, and May 4th Council meetings, all of which will be held in Council Chambers at 7:00 PM on the respective dates.
