Lane Closure on N. Spartan Boulevard Extended to April 30

Charleston County RoadWise advises the public that the lane closure on North Spartan Boulevard in North Charleston will continue until Thursday, April 30.

The lane closure on N. Spartan Boulevard will be utilized as needed to install a concrete curb and place asphalt on the new and existing roadway as part of the Palmetto Commerce Parkway, Phase II project. At no point will the entire roadway be blocked to traffic. Traffic traveling in each direction on North Spartan Boulevard will be affected for approximately 2,200 feet.

The public is asked to be aware of the reduced speed limit of 25 mph and the flagman operations in this area.

The project is funded by the Transportation Half-Cent Sales Tax.
