Cost and Payment Options

Charleston Center charges fees for services.  Clients will receive a Financial Agreement and Fee Schedule at the time of intake. This agreement explains the fees for services and the collection process. Charleston Center accepts insurance, Medicaid and self-payment including Mastercard and Visa.   Charleston Center will also work with clients and their families to develop realistic and achievable payment plans.

However, no one will be denied basic services due to the inability to pay.  As a public agency, Charleston Center’s mission is to provide necessary, critical services to any client, regardless of their ability to pay.  If a client says that they cannot pay, they will be given a financial assessment including a credit check to establish their actual financial status.  Charleston Center uses Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine eligibility for
