Students in grades four through eight can submit artwork to Charleston County Government through March 21 for the official Earth Day Festival 2008 design. This year’s theme is once again, “Do Your Part; Be Earth Smart!” and that means preserving and protecting the Lowcountry environment, while focusing on litter control, recycling, energy and water conservation.
