Charleston County Government held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in front of the Daimler Vans Manufacturing facility to announce the completion of Palmetto Commerce Parkway in North Charleston. The project, which was finished on schedule, was funded by the Charleston County Transportation Sales Tax.
