Attorney's are reminded to file a Notice of Appearance when they become the Attorney of Record on a case so that we can list you on the docket and send notices. We are sending out computer-generated notices on all uncontested final hearings and all pretrials. Notice will be sent to the attorneys of record or the pro-se party if an address is in the computer. It is not necessary to send copies to be filled in by the Clerk for these types of hearing requests. Any docketing questions should be addressed to Dave at Family Court (958-4421).
