County Council’s Anna Johnson Invites Public to Monthly Round Table Discussions in District 8

Next meeting Jan. 25 on Johns Island

 

Charleston County Councilwoman Anna Johnson of District 8 has begun holding monthly round table discussions for citizens to learn more about Charleston County Government news and programs. The meetings will be held at 12:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of every month (except November and December) at the John’s Island Regional Library located at 3531 Maybank Highway on Johns Island.   Topics for the Jan. 25 meeting are:

"My purpose for holding these monthly meetings is to share information about County-related issues and so I can listen to citizens' concerns," Johnson said. "Each month, a different speaker will be invited to address topics of interest as expressed by the public."
