Charleston County has a new software program to help you perform property inquiries or, if you are a permit holder or contractor, manage your permits, inspections, and contractor licensing. The ability to research files by utilizing this system is limited to the municipalities of Awendaw, Kiawah, Meggett, Ravenel, Rockville, Seabrook, and the un-incorporated areas within Charleston County.

If you are a Contractor or Permit holder who will be requesting inspections, applying for permits or renewing your license
