The 2011 Delinquent Tax Sale was held on December 5, 2011.  There were approximately 1000 properties involved in the sale and a bid was received on each.  Defaulting taxpayers have 1 year from the date of the tax sale to redeem these properties.  See Title 12, Chapter 51 of the South Carolina Code of Laws for more information.
