Several of our law enforcement agencies now allow for certain types of non-emergent incidents to be reported over the phone to their duty officers:

Submit an Online Report to Law Enforcement

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office and the Mount Pleasant Police Department also offer the option to report your non-emergent incidents online that do not require law enforcement to be dispatched. Not all agencies within Charleston County are currently utilizing an online reporting system. If an agency does not have an online reporting link below or the agency does not have a duty officer to take your report over the phone, we encourage you to submit a request through the Charleston County 911 Center's 911helpme.com platform.
