Stormwater Utility Fee

The Stormwater Management Program is funded by the Stormwater Utility Fee. All residential properties will be billed a flat rate of $72 annually. For non-residential properties, fees will be calculated using the commonly accepted rate for stormwater fees known as the Equivalent Residential Unit.
